Here’s just a little bit about us…
Who Is Tony Law?
For 21 years, my wife Lianna and I ran a successful kitchen company in Poole, where we lived with our 3 children.
In the early days, we were always moving house. We’d buy a wreck, do it up and then pretty much as the last tile went down, we’d move… or at least that’s how it seemed.
Then in 2012, everything changed. A close friend and colleague who had worked in our business for two decades died, suddenly, at the age of 53.
This had a huge impact on me and I started to look at everything differently.
I realised that if something were to happen to me, my wonderful wife and amazing kids probably wouldn’t be OK, because we were relying 100% on the income from our kitchen business and of course that would stop… immediately.
I knew we had to make some big changes and investing in “buy to let property” just felt right.
It was something I knew a bit about, but I also knew it had the potential to give us some real security. So I learned all I could, by investing heavily in my property education.
From 40 To 80 Hours A Week
Between 2013 and 2016, we threw ourselves into building a property portfolio.
The hours were long – often longer than with the kitchen business – but the weird bit was, unlike with my kitchen business, I loved every second I spent building our portfolio, because I was creating something for our future. Somthing that would pay the bills REGARDLESS of whether I was working or not!
My days were spent on site clearing rubble or putting up stud walls.
My evenings were spent at sellers’ kitchen tables, trying to find win-win solutions that worked for everyone.
And with each new property, our passive income grew, which was an amazing feeling!
By 2016, we’d built up enough of a portfolio to close down the kitchen company that by that time I’d grown to hate – and believe me… that was a VERY special day.
It was around then the idea for ‘Your First Four Houses’ was born…
Your First Four Houses
The idea was simple… we wanted to help new investors get to property number 4 as quickly and as painlessly as possible.
But why property 4… why not 3, or 5……..… or 10?
Well, it’s because the biggest hurdles in property investing appear between deal number one and deal number four. That’s the stage where many new investors lose momentum and give up, before they’ve given themselves a chance at financial freedom.
The truth is though, with the right support, tools and guidance, getting to property 4 really isn’t that difficult and we’re passionate about simplifying the process so that anyone, no matter their background, can take those first steps – with confidence.
And the best bit… you don’t need dozens of houses to change your life!
With just 3 or 4 well-chosen, high-performing properties, you can replace the average UK salary and in the process give yourself financial security.

Fast forward to today and my daughter Nichola and I now run Your First Four Houses together.
We’ve combined years of hands-on experience with fresh ideas to make property investing simple, clear and achievable for anyone who wants to build a more secure future.
Each week we release new videos, host free live trainings and guide our students step by step through our comprehensive Your First Four Houses programme.
Looking back, if there’s one thing we’d change about our own journey, it’s this… we would have started sooner, because…
…property has truly transformed our lives.
We’ve gone from working long, stressful hours, to creating a lifestyle that gives us freedom, security and the time to do more of what we love.
But what excites us most isn’t just what property has done for us – it’s seeing what it can do for others.
Nothing beats watching someone go from feeling stuck or unsure – to buying their very first investment property and realising… “I can do this!”
